The ICT Authority acts as a Data Processor and processes personal data solely on documented instructions from the relevant client organization and for the limited purpose of providing proof-of-life verification services. AMALIVE utilizes automated biometric technologies to assess facial recognition and liveness. Verification results are generated through automated processing. Safeguards are in place to ensure accuracy, however, biometric matching is probabilistic in nature and may not be infallible. -
Data Retention
Your personal data, including biometric information, is retained only for the duration necessary to complete the verification process. Once the verification is completed, your biometric data is securely deleted unless otherwise required by law. -
